The natural deep heat of ThermaCare

ThermaCare heat wraps and pads relieve acute pain in the muscles or tissue in the back or neck area. ThermaCare's patented heat cells generate long-lasting therapeutic deep heat at a constant 40°C over a period of at least 8 hours. The therapeutic deep heat penetrates deep into the muscles and tissue. Pain that can occur as a result of tension, overexertion or strains is effectively and sustainably relieved.

ThermaCare heat wraps and pads heat up automatically and are free from active pharmaceutical ingredients. They can be worn comfortably and discreetly under clothing throughout the day. ThermaCare allows you to remain mobile in your active everyday life.

How is the therapeutic deep heat from ThermaCare generated?

ThermaCare heat generation is based on a simple but effective natural principle: heat through oxidation. The cells of ThermaCare heat wraps and pads contain a mixture of natural ingredients: Iron powder, salt, activated charcoal and water. After opening the airtight packaging, these ingredients combine with the oxygen in the air - this starts the oxidation process and generates the soothing, therapeutic ThermaCare deep heat.

After a heating phase of approx. 30 minutes, the ThermaCare products reach the ideal therapeutic temperature of approx. 40°C. Their patented fleece cover regulates the continuous supply of air and directs the heat directly to the painful area of the body. The therapeutic heat thus penetrates deep into the tense muscle and tissue layers for the required treatment duration and effectively relieves pain.

How to use

When should I use ThermaCare heat wraps and pads?

Early on! The first signs of back pain or tension should be treated quickly before they have a lasting effect on your everyday life.

The heat wraps and pads should not be used on diseased, injured or damaged skin, bruises and swellings or on areas of the body that do not feel warm.

How do I use ThermaCare heat compresses and pads?

Our product "ThermaCare for back pain" is a heat wrap. Please do not open the packaging until shortly before use. Remove the heat wrap from the airtight packaging and place it with the unprinted side of the heat cells on the skin - directly on the painful part of the body. Now close the Velcro fastener on the front of the body and enjoy the comfortable feel. Thanks to the improved stretchable shape, the ThermaCare heat wrap for the lower back adapts perfectly to any waist circumference.

Our products "ThermaCare for neck and shoulder", "ThermaCare for flexible application for localised pain" and "ThermaCare for flexible application for larger areas of pain" are heat wraps. Please do not open the packaging until shortly before use. Take the heating pad out of the airtight packaging and remove the protective film. Now stick the pad directly onto the painful area on your skin and enjoy the pleasant feeling.

After approx. 30 minutes of warming, the therapeutic temperature of approx. 40°C is reached and kept constant for the rest of the recommended treatment time. For effective pain relief, you should wear the heat wraps and pads for at least three hours without interruption - up to 12 hours for the ideal effect.
