Application:
Cold... the pain-relieving power of ice can be utilised by simply freezing the packs (2 hours). The beneficial properties of ice can reduce pain and swelling without the need for drugs or other alternatives.
Warm... in the microwave to relieve severe pain. The healing properties of heat increase blood flow to the affected area and help to relax the muscle.
Both treatments work with the warming or cooling properties within 20 minutes. Once the TheraPearls packs have reached room temperature, you should take a short break before applying more packs.
