Produced and bottled for four generations in the Sternapotheke pharmacy in Linz, Urfahr, according to all the rules of the pharmaceutical art - the "real" Swedish bitters.
As an elixir of life, also called miracle balm in traditional writings and attributed to Maria v. Treben, Swedish bitters are an integral part of Austrian tradition and folk medicine.
Adapted and refined in line with the latest pharmaceutical findings, 18 different herbs are prepared for three months in a dark room using a special process, pressed, filtered and flavoured according to ancient tradition - each bottle is unique.
Only specially selected plants whose origin and harvesting methods have been carefully checked are used to produce the "real" Swedish bitters.
The dark brown colour, opacity and unique taste are the hallmarks of quality and guarantee the right content of active ingredients.
Diluted with water to better distribute the active ingredients throughout the body, it is considered THE home remedy for daily use.
