The name ‘mannose’ derives from ‘manna’, which the Bible describes as the food eaten by the Hebrews during their journey through the Sinai Desert.
Mannose is extracted from larch wood using a complex enzymatic process. This ensures that the product is free from unwanted chemical residues. The powder contains no additives such as buffers, colourings, preservatives or fillers.
