The Nutri Store Black Garlic Extract 500 mg Capsules are a food supplement containing 500 mg of black garlic extract per capsule – without any strong taste or smell.

Each capsule contains 500 mg of black garlic extract with a defined content of flavonoids and S-allylcysteine. Black garlic is produced in Japan according to an ancient tradition and gently processed into extract using a complex method.

Black garlic is not a specific variety, but naturally fermented white garlic (Allium sativum). During fermentation, not only the colour but also the smell and taste change. The typical sulphur compounds are converted into antioxidant compounds (flavonoids). This means that the distinctive, intense garlic odour is absent, whilst bioactivity is increased at the same time. Anyone who does not wish to miss out on the wealth of healthy nutrients in garlic, but cannot tolerate or wishes to avoid the intense flavour and smell, will therefore find black garlic to be a concentrated and easily digestible alternative.

Ingredients: Black garlic extract (82%), gelatine (capsule shell), anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, and rice extract containing rice husk, gum arabic and sunflower oil.
Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): Black garlic extract 500.00 mg, of which flavonoids 25.00 mg, S-allylcysteine 1.25 mg. No recommendation for the daily requirement based on the NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) for daily intake in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 is available.
