The Nutri Store Black Garlic Extract 500 mg Capsules are a food supplement containing 500 mg of black garlic extract per capsule - without an intense flavour or odour.

Each capsule contains 500 mg of black garlic extract with a defined content of flavonoids and S-allylcysteine. Black garlic is produced in Japan according to ancient tradition and gently processed into the extract in a complex procedure.

Black garlic is not a special variety, but naturally fermented white garlic (Allium sativum). In addition to the colour, the smell and taste also change during fermentation. The typical sulphur compounds are converted into antioxidant compounds (flavonoids). As a result, the distinctive, intense garlic odour is lost, while at the same time the bioactivity is increased. Anyone who does not want to do without the abundance of healthy ingredients in garlic but cannot tolerate or wants to avoid the intense flavour and odour will therefore find a concentrated and digestible alternative in black garlic.

How to use
  • Take 1 capsule daily after a meal with sufficient liquid.
  • Advice: If you are taking blood-thinning medication, please consult your doctor before consumption.
Ingredients
  • Ingredients: Black garlic extract (82 %), gelatine (capsule shell), anti-caking agent silicon dioxide and rice extract with rice husk, gum arabic and sunflower oil.
  • Composition per daily dose (1 capsule): Black garlic extract 500.00 mg of which flavonoids 25.00 mg, S-allylcysteine 1.25 mg. No recommendation for the daily requirement according to NRV = nutrient reference value for daily intake according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 available.
