The Nutri Store Aronia chokeberry capsules are a dietary supplement for the supply of vitamins and bioflavonoids from aronia berries and blueberries in vegan capsules.

The chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa, Aronia arbutifolia) originally comes from eastern North America, but is now also cultivated in Europe. The chokeberry berries are approx. 1 centimetre in size and resemble a small apple when cut. However, their flesh is a deep burgundy colour. Aronia berries have a tart, sour flavour. They are rich in antioxidant bioflavonoids such as anthocyanins. Each vegan chokeberry capsule contains 200 mg of anthocyanin-rich chokeberry extract and 195 mg of polyphenol-containing blueberry concentrate, as well as vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid. Vitamin C helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress. The vitamins it contains contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

The raw material for the production of the capsule shell is obtained from vegetable cellulose and is gelatine-free.

  • Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and sufficient liquid.
  • Note for diabetics: 1 capsule corresponds to 0.012 BE.
