The Nutri Store Alfalfa Pellets are a dietary supplement containing 400 mg alfalfa per pellet.
The vitalising properties of alfalfa (botanical name: Medicago sativa) were first discovered in Arabia and it was given the name alfalfa, which means "father of all foods".
Alfalfa has been consumed as a food in many parts of the world for thousands of years. Alfalfa sprouts are used in the kitchen in salads and as a topping for bread. Their nutty flavour goes particularly well with cheese. Alfalfa covers a considerable part of the basic human supply of vital substances in a natural and organic way.
However, growing it in pots is quite laborious. The easier way: alfalfa pellets with all the benefits of field-fresh alfalfa sprouts. Each pellet contains 400 mg of pure alfalfa of the best quality. Our alfalfa is grown in the Lake Constance region. The sprouts are harvested shortly before they sprout at the time when they have the highest energy content. At no other time is the plant richer in nutrients. The sprouts are automatically cut and then osmotically dried in low-temperature dryers at a maximum temperature of 38°C. The sprouts are then processed into pressed pellets. They are then processed into pellets (tablets). There is complete certification from the seed to the production of the pellets.
