Tip about the sole warmers
The ultra-thin sole warmers can be worn in any shoe without any problems. It is important that the warming pads for shoes are activated in the air for a few minutes before putting the shoes on.
Heat can be stored
If the warming time has not yet been used up: Put warming insoles in a freshness bag. Due to the lack of air circulation, you simply stop the warming process of the insole warmers.

How to use
- Unpack.
- Insert into shoes.
- Enjoy the warmth for up to 8 hours.
WARNING: Risk of burns! Only wear warmer over clothing. No direct skin contact. If uncomfortable or too warm, remove warmer immediately. Do not use: on children (0-6); during sleep, on body parts without heat sensation. Use only under supervision, on children >6, some elderly or impaired persons.
