These self-adhesive, air-activated body warmers work entirely without electricity. Simply unpack the heat patches for your back, neck or shoulders and leave them in the air for a few minutes to activate. Then peel off the protective film from the back patches and stick them to the innermost layer of clothing using the adhesive surface. Enjoy up to 12 hours of soothing, deep-penetrating warmth.

Warm – even in the most extreme cold

TerraTherm heat pads keep you cosily warm even in freezing temperatures. They provide a comfortable average temperature of 55°C for more than 12 hours. Compared to conventional gel warmers or electric heaters, our heat patches stay warm for much longer and release many times more thermal energy.

1. Unwrap.
2. Stick onto the innermost layer of clothing.
3. Enjoy the warmth for up to 12 hours.

WARNING: Risk of burns! Only wear the heat patch over clothing. Do not allow direct skin contact. If it feels uncomfortable or too hot, remove the warmer immediately. Do not use: on children (0–6); whilst sleeping; or on areas of the body with no sensation of heat. Use only under supervision for children over 6, and for some elderly or disabled people. Consult a doctor before use if you have: diabetes, circulatory disorders, arthritis, allergies, frostbite, bruises, contusions, swelling, or skin that is sensitive to heat, injured or diseased. Do not cut or pierce the warmer. The warmer contains iron powder: in the event of contact with the eyes or skin, rinse the affected area immediately with water and contact a doctor. If the contents are swallowed, contact a doctor immediately. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Not suitable for medical use. Once cooled, dispose of in general waste.
