How to use

• Depending on the size of the sauna and the desired intensity, add 25-35 drops to 1 litre of water for an enjoyable infusion

IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTRE/doctor/manufacturer. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing. Store under lock and key. Dispose of contents/container to authorised waste disposal company or municipal collection point.
