How can I use organic rosemary oil?

Due to its versatility, organic rosemary oil can be used in just as many ways. For aromatherapy on the skin, however, it should always be used in diluted form without getting into the eyes or mucous membranes. Organic rosemary oil is often used as an ingredient for a wide variety of baths as well as for body and massage oils. The mixture with TAOASIS almond oil, for example, is suitable for special aroma care of the skin: simply add 3-4 drops of rosemary oil to 50 ml of the base oil, massage in gently and enjoy the revitalising effect of this fragrance duo. The blend of organic rosemary oil with basil, bergamot, pine, lemongrass and lemon also creates a harmonious fragrance experience.

Rosemary oil - before and after sport

Rosemary is often found in preparations for muscles and tissue. Many athletes use the properties of the plant to pamper stressed body parts with a massage. To create your own DIY sports oil, you can, for example, mix 3 drops of TAOASIS organic rosemary oil with 2 drops of grapefruit oil and then mix with 50 ml of arnica oil. You can rub the oil in before exercise to warm you up or use it after exercise to prevent sore muscles.

Rosemary oil as a room fragrance

The spicy, fresh, camphor-like scent of organic rosemary oil can have a stimulating effect on the central nervous system. It is therefore often used as a room fragrance for cognitive exhaustion and in times of increased mental exertion. Rosemary essence is therefore ideal for supporting willpower and the ability to concentrate. The plant is also used for meditation and creative tasks as a room fragrance.
