How can I use organic bergamot oil?

Organic bergamot oil is used for aromatherapy, especially in cases of gloom and low mood. The power of the refreshing scent of bergamot oil manages to add a touch of lightness to life. This allows us to draw new courage from tension and stress and to allow time for relaxation. On grey autumn and winter days, organic bergamot oil can be a real mood booster in your own four walls - when the mind needs a little uplifting help.

This harmonious fragrance composition from TAOASIS, for example, provides an uplifting room fragrance: 2 drops of organic bergamot oil, 5 drops of orange oil, 2 drops of neroli oil (2 %) and 5 drops of sandalwood oil (8 %), which can be diluted with water and added to the nebuliser. Organic bergamot oil for room fragrancing can also be combined with angelica, lavender, lime, mandarin, sandalwood and cypress oils.

Organic bergamot oil for skin care

For aromatic skin care, organic bergamot oil is often used as an additive for baths and body or massage oils. For a stimulating full bath, for example, you can mix 8-10 drops of TAOASIS organic bergamot oil with 1 tablespoon of sea salt and then add to the bath. When applying to the skin, the oil should always be diluted well without coming into contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. In addition, you should not go into the sun or solarium for approx. 4 hours after use, as this can cause skin irritation.
