TAOASIS organic balsam fir oil is produced by steam distillation of the branches and needles of the pine plant. The particularly gentle and selective extraction process ensures ideal protection and preservation of all valuable ingredients. The essence comes from controlled organic cultivation, whereby the TAOASIS organic seal stands for compliance with fair and sustainable production.

How can I use organic balsam fir oil?

The lovely aroma of organic balsam fir oil envelops the room in a wonderful forest scent - ideal for refreshment and (re)vitalisation. It is therefore ideal for aromatherapy to strengthen the spirit, for example during periods of weakness. The mildly sweet coniferous oil can also be used during strenuous periods of learning or mental work.

Balsam fir oil is also valued for its calming properties: These are particularly effective in cases of persistent nervousness and inner restlessness. However, the pure natural essence is also often used to improve the air in a room.

In general, balsam fir oil blends well with eucalyptus, lavender, jasmine, rosemary and ylang ylang. The composition with citrus oils also creates a refreshing fragrance atmosphere in your own four walls.

Organic balsam fir oil for external use

When applied to the skin, organic balsam fir oil can be useful in several ways: While it is often used as a refreshing bath additive for aromatic skin care, athletes use the essential oil to care for muscles and joints, for example for sore muscles.

Balsam fir oil is also very popular with sauna enthusiasts. As an ingredient for sauna infusions, the essential oil can make it easier to breathe deeply. For a natural sauna infusion, you can add approx. 3-7 drops of TAOASIS organic balsam fir oil to the ladle. The number of drops can be individually adjusted depending on the size of the sauna and preferred fragrance intensity.

For external use on the skin, ensure that the oil is sufficiently diluted with a base oil. Eyes and mucous membranes should also not come into contact with the oil.

However, they are among the 26 declarable allergenic fragrances and must therefore be labelled separately because some people have allergic reactions to individual ingredients.
