Our heat pads require oxygen to heat up. Once the packet is opened, they activate automatically within a few minutes and are ready for use. Put the foot warmers in your jacket pocket for a few minutes beforehand. This will help the heat pads warm up more quickly. Only then should you stick the foot warmers onto your socks.

Directions for use
Open the packaging of the foot warmers and remove the protective film from the adhesive surface. Simply stick the heat pads to the underside of your socks and slip your feet into your shoes.
Enjoy a comfortable 40°C for up to 8 hours with the foot warmers.
