How to use
- Please wash your hands thoroughly first. Separate a single pack at the perforation, remove the foil and push the tampon out of the packaging. After pulling the ribbon apart, widen the end of the tampon to create a small indentation.
- Now insert the tip of your index finger into the indentation at the end of the tampon. Insert the tampon so deeply into the vagina that you can no longer feel it.
- Make sure that the return ribbon hangs out of the vagina far enough so that you can grasp it easily.
- Note on wearing time: It is recommended that you insert the tampon before bathing or swimming and ideally change it every 3 to 4 hours.
- How to remove the Symbiofem® protect bathing and protective tampon: Simply pull the tampon out carefully by the retrieval string.
- Important information for your health: In rare cases, symptoms such as high fever (over 39° C), vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or skin rash may occur during menstruation. Although a harmless illness can also start, it could also be a very specific bacterial infection (TSS: Toxic Shock Syndrome) with serious consequences. If the symptoms described occur, please remove the tampon, consult a doctor immediately and inform them that you are menstruating.
