The Suprasorb® H Hydrocolloid Dressing, Standard is an innovative solution for modern wound care. The unique hydrocolloid matrix effectively absorbs exudate, forms a cohesive gel and creates a moist wound environment that promotes healing.
The Suprasorb H hydrocolloid dressing consists of an absorbent hydrocolloid matrix applied to a breathable polyurethane backing film. The hydrocolloid matrix absorbs exudate rapidly and forms a cohesive gel. In addition to its excellent absorbency, the breathable polyurethane backing film offers high water vapour permeability. The combination of these properties ensures an optimal moist wound environment, minimises the risk of damage to the healthy skin surrounding the wound and allows the dressing to be worn for up to seven days. Thanks to the various versions of Suprasorb H (Standard, Thin, Sacrum, Border), a range of clinical conditions can be managed.
