Supradyn® SPORT supports the body on various levels:

Muscle strength: Sport is above all muscle work. Magnesium and potassium play a decisive role in muscle function, as they contribute significantly to the regulation of muscle contraction and relaxation. Athletes have an increased need for these minerals when muscle activity increases.
Energy and endurance: The best possible performance and endurance can only be achieved if the energy metabolism is optimised. The vitamins B1, B6 and B12 in Supradyn® SPORT play an important role in energy production and thus help to maximise performance.
Nerves & concentration: Whether in recreational or competitive sport, mental strength is the key to peak performance. Selected high-dose B vitamins, as well as magnesium and vitamin C, help to reduce tiredness and fatigue and support normal nerve function and normal mental function.
Regeneration: Optimum regeneration is important for improving performance. Replenishing energy and nutrient stores and adequate hydration support the body during the rest phase. The balanced combination of micronutrients contained in Supradyn® SPORT helps to compensate for the loss of electrolytes caused by sweating and to replenish the stores with selected vitamins and minerals. In addition, vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and C help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use

Recommended intake for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over: 1 sachet per day, dissolved in 250 ml water.
It is best taken with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

1 sachet of Supradyn® SPORT contains %NRV*: vitamin B1 (thiamine) 2.1 mg 191%, vitamin B6 3 mg 214% , vitamin B12 9 µg 360%, vitamin C 250 mg 313% , folic acid 200 µg 100%, potassium 300 mg 15%, magnesium 225 mg 60%. *Daily nutrient requirement.
