• Application/dosage: Supamun® Sticks can be taken directly without the intake of liquid. Adults aged 18 years and over take 1 stick daily regardless of meals.
• Warnings: General precautions Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess due to the birch sugar content. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, which is important together with a healthy lifestyle.
