Sterolsan tablets are a lipid binder for weight reduction and weight control in overweight and obesity. Sterolsan is intended for adults with a body mass index (BMI) over 25 in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet.
Overweight and obesity are caused by eating too much energy-rich food. A calorie-reduced diet is therefore the basis for combating obesity. Since one gram of fat contains about twice the amount of calories as one gram of carbohydrates or one gram of protein, a lower intake of dietary fat is an effective way to lose weight and keep it off. Many people find it very difficult to switch from a high-fat diet to a low-fat diet because fat is also a flavour carrier.
The main ingredient in Sterolsan is the indigestible active fibre polyglucosamine. It is of natural origin and, due to its structure, can bind large quantities of lipids, i.e. fats, fatty acids and cholesterol, in the digestive tract. The bound dietary fats cannot be absorbed and the calories they contain are therefore not available to the body.
Sterolsan therefore supports you in reducing calories and on your way to an appropriate diet. With Sterolsan it is possible to achieve weight loss success with a moderate diet.
A weight loss of just 5 % brings health benefits. Not only will you come closer to your ideal beauty, but you will also reduce the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, and a lower weight will also put less strain and wear and tear on your joints.
Taking polyglucosamine causes a significantly greater and faster weight reduction (approx. 50 % more) than taking a placebo (without active ingredient) under the same conditions of a moderate diet. This has been proven by several studies with a placebo control group.
For example, it was shown that a good half of the patients on a light diet and polyglucosamine achieved the 5 % target after just three months, almost all (98 %) after six months. Within one year, the patients on polyglucosamine lost an average of over 12 kg. The waist circumference was reduced by approx. 13 cm, which corresponds to 3 dress sizes. In addition, blood values, which are regarded as risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, developed significantly better than in the control group. LDL cholesterol, which is regarded as critical, fell by 12.9 % in this study.

How to use
- Take 2 tablets of Sterolsan twice a day with the two meals with the highest fat content.
- Tip: Exercise is good for you! Get your body moving with more everyday exercise and sport. Afterwards you will feel better and have burnt more calories!
How to use:
- Take the tablets unchewed together with plenty of low-calorie liquid (at least 250 ml) to ensure transport into the stomach. As Sterolsan is a high-fibre preparation, make sure you drink at least 2 litres of liquid a day.
- To ensure that you meet your requirements for essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K), we recommend that you only take Sterolsan with 2 out of 3 main meals. In addition, at least one meal a day should be consumed with high-quality oils that supply the body with fat-soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids. A multivitamin preparation can also supplement vitamin requirements.
- For weight control, the dose can be reduced to 2 tablets a day.
Duration of intake:
- Sterolsan can be taken on a long-term basis.
- If you do not notice any weight loss or reduction in your cholesterol levels after 12 weeks of taking Sterolsan, please ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
