Stepcel® is a soft, non-adherent wound dressing that has been developed for gentle wound healing. It is made from an absorbent material that absorbs moisture and at the same time ensures optimum air circulation.

Application
The universal dressings are intended for single use and the non-sterile versions should be sterilised before use.
Ingredients
- Number of layers: 14 layers in total
- Cover layer: 2 layers of non-woven fabric (outer) made of 67% viscose and 33% polyester, spunbonded, raw white
- Absorbent layer: 12 layers of cellulose wadding
- Bond: parallel quilting seams made of twisted yarn, polyester, raw white
