The Sonnentor Organic Sprout Mix is a varied mixture of different sprouting seeds that can be easily grown at home. The mix contains: Organic fenugreek, brown lentils and radish seeds.
It's all in the mix! Fenugreek, lentils and radish have the same upbringing, so they germinate well together. Soak the seeds for 6-8 hours and then leave to sprout in a sprouting jar for 5 to 6 days. During this time, rinse well twice a day. After just a few days, we harvest what we see: a delicious trio of sprouts!
The sprouts are a real vitamin bomb and are perfect for adding flavour to salads, soups, spreads and other dishes.

How to use

- Tips: Green lentils are currently sometimes used instead of brown lentils in our sprout mixes.
