Directions for use

• Stir 1 tsp of turmeric latte mix (approx. 2 g) into 250 ml of (plant-based) milk, heat through and sweeten to taste.
• Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): Stir 1 tsp turmeric paste* into 250 ml (plant-based) milk, heat and simmer over a medium heat for 4–5 minutes. Add 1 tsp coconut oil and sweeten to taste.*Turmeric paste: Mix 1 heaped tbsp (approx. 8 g) of turmeric latte mix with 30 ml water, bring to a simmer until a paste forms. Store the paste in the fridge.
