Looking for a new favourite drink? Turmeric latte, also known as golden milk, is yellow, soothing and is prepared in warm (plant) milk. How to use

• stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte mixture (approx. 2 g) into 250 ml (plant-based) milk, heat and sweeten to taste.
• Preparation according to Ayurveda (golden milk): Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric paste* into 250 ml (plant-based) milk and heat, simmer over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Refine with 1 tsp coconut oil and sweeten to taste. *Turmeric paste: Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (approx. 8 g) of turmeric latte mixture with 30 ml of water, bring to the boil until a paste forms. Store the paste in the fridge.
