Gunpowder, which originates from China, has a tart, robust flavour and a delicate floral note. This tea has a yellow-greenish colour and its delicate aroma invigorates both mind and body. Incidentally, black and green tea come from the same tea plant, ‘Camellia sinensis’. However, to produce green tea, the leaves are pan-roasted or steamed, rather than fermented as with black tea.
