The herbal massage fluid in the spray bottle applied before sporting activities prevents muscle complaints and overexertion of the musculoskeletal system. It can also be used after physical overload to relieve sore muscles, joint pain and tension and gives a soothing and revitalising feeling. The massage fluid can be perfectly combined with the peat and herbal cream. In case of tension, sore muscles or joint pain, it is advisable to apply the fluid first, then massage in the moor cream and herbal cream or the moor cream and herbal cream with marmot fat and finally massage in the SonnenMoor fluid again. This can be repeated several times a day.
