The SonnenMoor Natural Mud Bath for the Bath – made from natural mud – is a bath additive that ensures the bath is easily cleaned. Mud baths promote blood circulation in the skin and have a regenerating and relaxing effect on body, mind and soul. This mud bath for home use is ideal for combating tiredness and exhaustion, as the natural active ingredients – such as minerals, trace elements and humic acids – revitalise the body and leave you feeling soothed and invigorated. The peat used in this product is sourced from the Leopoldskroner Moor near Salzburg and, like all our peat products, is manufactured in Anthering. Peat bath for the bath – nature also has a revitalising effect on tired legs and can also be used as an invigorating foot bath. SonnenMoor’s mud for bathing is a reliable choice if you’re feeling tired, listless and worn out.

After the mud bath, it is advisable to rest for twenty minutes. Finally, we recommend applying calendula cream or the universal mud and herbal cream, with or without marmot fat.

Directions for use

Stir 250 ml of mud into the bath for a full bath, 125 ml for a sitz bath and 65 ml for hand or foot baths. Other information Free from preservatives. Shake well before use! Do not use on children under 6 years of age! As they are pure natural products, the mud baths do not harm the environment. After the mud bath, rinse the bath thoroughly – as you would after any bath. No residue remains in the drain.
