How to use

Pour 1 litre of boiling water (100°C) over 2 heaped tablespoons of tea. Allow the tea to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Then strain and enjoy. Our tip: Drink 1 litre throughout the day. In a thermos flask it stays pleasantly warm all day long.
