Directions

Pour 1 litre of boiling water (100 degrees Celsius) over 2 heaped tablespoons of tea. Leave the tea to infuse for 5–10 minutes. Then strain and enjoy. SonnenMoor recommendation: Drink 1 litre of tea spread throughout the day. Best kept warm in a thermos flask!
