Solvaline® N wound dressings are a sterile, non-adhesive solution for wound care. They are particularly suitable for exuding wounds, post-operative wounds, 2nd degree burns and cuts and abrasions.
Solvaline N dressings consist of a highly absorbent viscose/polyester core covered on both sides with a finely perforated polyethylene film.
Wound exudate is quickly absorbed through the perforation of the polythene film. Solvaline N is non-sticky and thus enables a painless and atraumatic dressing change. Solvaline N can be applied to both sides of the wound due to the film application on the top and bottom of the dressing, thus increasing safety for patient and user.
Areas of application
- For slightly to moderately exuding wounds
- For wounds in the post-operative area
- For initial treatment, e.g. cuts and abrasions
- For 2nd degree burns
