Solaray Flaxseed Oil 1000 mg Capsules are a dietary supplement containing flaxseed oil, a plant source of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.

This flaxseed oil is made from organic flaxseed and provides one of the richest plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids, supplemented with a natural content of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. A natural antioxidant system, Duralox, guarantees the stability of flaxseed oil, which contains compounds known as lignans. Lignans belong to the group of phytoestrogens.

3 soft capsules daily with a meal or a glass of water; up to 3 times daily if required

Ingredients

Ingredients: linseed oil, capsule shell soft capsule (gelatine, glycerine, carob), Duralox® mixture (sunflower oil, rosemary extract, ascorbic acid).
Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): Linseed oil, containing: 3 g n.a. - Alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) 1650 mg n.a. - Linoleic acid (omega 6) 420 mg n.a. - Oleic acid (omega 9) 480 mg n.a. * Percentage of nutrient reference values according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. (NRV = Nutrient Reference Value).
