Solaray Oregano Oil Softgels are a dietary supplement containing 150 mg of oregano oil in an olive oil base per capsule.

Oregano is an ancient Greek herb that grows throughout the Mediterranean and has been used in folk medicine for centuries. The oil contains naturally occurring resin, sterols, flavonoids, carvacrol, thymol and other volatile components. The main active ingredient in oregano is carvacrol, which is also responsible for the typical odour of the plant.
