Solaray Oregano Oil 70% Carvacrol Softgels are a food supplement with oregano oil from wild harvests. The capsules contain 57 mg oregano oil with 40 mg (70 %) guaranteed standardised content of carvacrol per capsule.

Oregano is an ancient Greek herb that grows throughout the Mediterranean and has been used in folk medicine for centuries. The oil contains naturally occurring resin, sterols, flavonoids, carvacrol, thymol and other volatile components. The main active ingredient in oregano is carvacrol, which is also responsible for the typical odour of the plant.

  • 1 softgel daily with a meal or a glass of water; up to 2 capsules daily if required
