Solaray Nettle Root Extract 300 mg Capsules are a dietary supplement containing nettle root.
Nettle root from Solaray provides 150 mg root and 300 mg root extract per capsule. The root extract has a guaranteed content of 0.8 % beta-sitosterol and 5 % amino acids.
Nettle plants have been used since ancient times as a food source, a source of dietary fibre and in traditional medicine. They contain many vitamins, minerals and chlorophyll. Nettle root is well documented and recognised for its many health benefits.

- Ingredients: Nettle root extract, nettle root, capsule shell cellulose, maltodextrin, bulking agent inulin (from agave), anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, rice bran extract.
