Solaray Monolaurin 500 mg capsules are a food supplement containing 500 mg monolaurin per capsule.
Monolaurin is a mono-ester of lauric acid, a fatty acid found in coconut oil. Lauric acid is also a component of breast milk. Studies have shown the nutritional value of monolaurin in supporting a normal immune system.
