• stir 1 measuring spoon into water (at least 100 ml) 2 - 3 times a day and drink with meals, taking for at least 12 weeks or as long as the recurring physical stress is present.
• Method of use: Ensure sufficient fluid intake in the form of water or non-alcoholic drinks during use.
• Notes: Safety instructions: Apart from occasional constipation, no side effects are known. This is particularly important in the case of chronic constipation. Discontinue use if you notice an unexpected effect. In order to avoid unwanted interactions with medication, we recommend taking PMA Zeolite 2 hours later than medication, whereby medication should be taken before Zeolite unless otherwise prescribed.
