Directions

• Take 3 x 3 capsules daily with liquid at mealtimes. The duration of intake should be at least 12 weeks or as long as the recurring physical stress is present.
• Method of use: Ensure sufficient fluid intake in the form of water or non-alcoholic drinks during use.
• Notes: Safety instructions: Apart from occasional constipation, no side effects are known. This is particularly important in the case of chronic constipation. Discontinue use if you notice an unexpected effect. In order to avoid unwanted interactions with medication, we recommend taking PMA Zeolite 2 hours later than medication, whereby medication should be taken before Zeolite unless otherwise prescribed. Inform your doctor if you are taking medication at the same time, as PM Zeolite can increase the body's own immune activity as a side effect. As there is not yet sufficient data available, the use of PM Zeolite is not recommended for children and adolescents (under 18 years of age) or pregnant and breastfeeding women.
