SinoPlaSan Organic Bitter Drops are a dietary supplement made from 100% natural and highly concentrated bitter substances from various organic herbs and plants.

There is hardly any room for bitter substances in our everyday diet. Foods such as rocket, chicory and chard are considered "bitter" foods, even if they hardly taste bitter at all due to modern cultivation methods.

Our sense of taste has forgotten "bitter" and therefore prefers familiar flavours such as "sweet" or "salty". However, the importance of bitter substances for our body should not be underestimated and it is not for nothing that they have been used for hundreds of years in TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), Ayurveda and by Hildegard von Bingen. Integrating bitter substances back into our everyday lives can have a major impact on our well-being.

Natural bitter substances are mainly found in bitter plants, provided they have not been cultivated in such a way that they hardly contain them. So if you want to integrate bitter substances back into your diet, you can use our specially developed bitter substances in drop form. They provide 100% natural and highly concentrated bitter substances from various organic herbs and plants, e.g. artichoke, olive leaf, rosemary, thyme, echinacea, dandelion, ginger, lavender, gentian and camomile.

Although many people's taste buds may initially react sensitively to the bitter substances, this is a sign that we are not used to them. However, the body gets used to this bitterness very quickly. If you are sensitive, you can integrate the bitter substances back into your diet more slowly and start with lower doses.

How to use

Take 3 x 5 drops daily undiluted after a meal. Take the product undiluted after a meal. You can take the product at any time of day.

Ingredients: Aqueous extract from a mixture of organic plants and herbs (artichoke, olive leaf, rosemary, thyme, echinacea, dandelion, ginger, lavender, gentian, camomile; carrier: organic glycerine).
