SinoPlaSan Zechstein Magnesium Oil is ideal for skin care following strenuous physical activity.
The magnesium chloride contained in this product is sourced from the magnesium chloride deposits of the ancient Zechstein Sea, which dried up around 250 million years ago. The Zechstein Sea is regarded worldwide as the purest and most natural source of high-quality magnesium chloride. It is extracted in the Netherlands from a depth of 1,600 metres and its quality is monitored through continuous analysis.
Magnesium chloride is approved for external use and is applied to the skin.
Magnesium oil feels oily to the touch, but contains not a drop of fat, as it is not an oil in the strict sense of the word. It is a fully saturated magnesium solution, known as brine. Magnesium oil has a magnesium chloride content of 31 per cent and consists of 69 per cent water.
Transdermal magnesium offers many advantages over other sources of magnesium, as it:
- Does not irritate the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract
- Has no laxative effect on the skin, even at high doses
- Can be applied locally to the desired areas (areas with sweat glands are recommended)
- Is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women

Directions for use
- For external use on the skin. Apply or spray onto the skin daily as required, e.g. on muscles, joints, legs, arms, back or shoulders, then massage in briefly. Leave on for at least 30 minutes, after which it can be washed off in the shower. It can also be used as a bath additive (including for foot baths).
- Notes: Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
