SinoPlaSan MSM 750 mg MONO capsules are high-dose food supplements containing methylsulphonylmethane (MSM). MSM is a natural sulphur compound that supports the health of joints, skin and hair.

Sulphur is an essential, vital trace element for our organism. MethylSulfonylMethane, a difficult name for an organic sulphur compound, which is best known by the abbreviation MSM. MSM is an endogenous substance that is extremely important for us humans: it is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body.

Long-term sulphur deficiency can lead to many different symptoms of illness and those affected are often unaware of what the problem might actually be.

Sulphur has a variety of functions in our body and is vital for us! Around half of the sulphur in our body is found in our muscles, skin and bones and is a component of many amino acids. For example, a significant proportion of our joints are made up of sulphur. Among other things, sulphur is necessary for the production of collagen, the primary building block of cartilage, skin and connective tissue. Our body also needs it for the production of hormones, enzymes and amino acids.

We produce MSM by crystallising DMSO and it is 99.9% pure.

Directions
  • Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid between meals.
  • Notes: MSM should be taken daily. It is best to start slowly with 1-1.5 g MSM in the first week and increase the amount slowly. The amount can be gradually increased to up to 6 g per day as required and can be dissolved in water or mixed into yoghurt or fruit juice, for example. MSM is generally tolerated without any problems, even by allergy sufferers. An overdose is practically impossible, as excess MSM is very quickly excreted by the body.
