SinoPlaSan MSM 750 mg MONO capsules are high-dose food supplements containing methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). MSM is a natural sulphur compound that supports the health of joints, skin and hair.

Sulphur is an essential trace element that is vital for our body. Methylsulfonylmethane – a rather complicated name for an organic sulphur compound best known by the abbreviation MSM. MSM is a substance produced naturally by the body and is of the utmost importance to us humans: it is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body.

A long-term sulphur deficiency can lead to a wide range of symptoms, and those affected are often unaware of what the problem might actually be.

Sulphur performs a wide range of functions in our bodies and is vital to our health! Around half of the sulphur in the body is found in the muscles, skin and bones, and forms part of many amino acids. For example, a significant proportion of our joints consists of sulphur. Among other things, sulphur is necessary for the production of collagen, the primary building block of cartilage, skin and connective tissue. Our body also needs it to produce hormones, enzymes and amino acids.

We produce MSM through the crystallisation of DMSO, and it has a purity of 99.9 per cent.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule twice daily with liquid. Take the product between meals.
Notes: MSM should be taken daily. It is best to start slowly with 1–1.5 g of MSM in the first week and gradually increase the amount. The dose can be gradually increased as required to up to 6 g per day and can, for example, be dissolved in water or mixed into yoghurt or fruit juice. MSM is generally well tolerated, even by people with allergies. An overdose is practically impossible, as any excess MSM is excreted by the body very quickly.
