Made from the latex of the rubber tree
All Sänger hot water bottles, whether large or small, are made from renewable resources. They are manufactured from natural rubber, which is extracted from the latex of the rubber tree. The hot water bottles are manufactured from a single piece of material, without a separate neck section, and are seamless. This guarantees a particularly high level of leak protection whilst minimising the risk of the bottle bursting. The natural rubber gives the hot water bottle naturally high thermal conductivity and elasticity, all without the need for additional plasticisers.

Directions for use
- Check the hot water bottle for cracks, brittleness or other damage before use. Do not fill the hot water bottle with boiling water. The recommended water temperature should not exceed 50°C (122°F). Do not heat hot water bottles in a microwave or oven. Do not place on a radiator or any other hot surface. Fill the hot water bottle only two-thirds full with water and then squeeze out the excess air. Never lean against, lie on, press down on or sit on a hot water bottle. Always use a hot water bottle cover or wrap the hot water bottle in a towel. The hot water bottle smells of rubber. After filling it for the first time, the rubber smell will become slightly stronger, but will fade after a short time!
- Warnings: CAUTION! Hot water bottles and their components are not toys. Hot water bottles can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Plastic bags can be dangerous. To prevent the risk of suffocation, keep plastic bags away from babies and young children. Use by children, vulnerable people, the sick or those insensitive to heat should only take place under adult supervision.
