‘Similasan’ dry eye drops are a homeopathic medicinal product. Homeopathy is regarded as a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic conditions.

“Similasan” dry eye drops are a homeopathic combination remedy comprising various individual homeopathic remedies whose medicinal profiles complement one another.

For the relief of symptoms caused by a disturbance of the tear film (‘dryness’) in the eye, such as:

• Reddened eyelids
• Itching or a burning sensation of the conjunctiva
• A sensation of a foreign body or grit in the eye
• Watery eyes following dryness
• Sensitivity to light

The use of this homeopathic medicine for the indicated conditions is based solely on homeopathic experience. In severe forms of these conditions, clinically proven treatment is indicated. If you do not feel better immediately in the case of acute symptoms, or if you do not feel better after 3 days in the case of chronic symptoms – or if your condition worsens – please consult your doctor.

Adults, adolescents and children aged 6 years and over: When symptoms occur, one or more times a day, up to a maximum of 6 times a day, 1–2 drops in each eye.

Duration of use: If you do not feel any improvement immediately in the case of acute symptoms, or if you do not feel any better after 3 days in the case of chronic symptoms – or if your condition worsens – consult your doctor.

Method of administration: For use in the eye.

• Squeeze the flexible part of the dropper between two fingers and instil the drops into the eye.
• Avoid touching the tip of the dropper with your fingers and avoid direct contact with the eye.
• Close the bottle immediately after use!

Ingredients

• The active ingredients are: 1 g (= 1 ml = 22 drops) contains: 303.33 mg Atropa bella-donna D6, 303.33 mg Euphrasia 3c D6, 303.33 mg Hydrargyrum bichloratum D6.
• The other ingredients are: sodium nitrate, sodium tetraborate, boric acid, silver sulphate, purified water, ethanol (< 0.1% as a component of the active ingredients).
