This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product which is registered exclusively on the basis of many years of use for the above-mentioned indications. Sidroga Stress and Nerve Tea is used for adults, adolescents and children from 4 years of age.
If you do not feel better or even worse after 14 days, consult your doctor.

How to use
- To drink after preparing a tea infusion.
- Preparation: Pour approx. 150 ml of boiling water over 1 to 2 filter bags of Sidroga Stress and Nerve Tea and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Then gently squeeze out the bag(s) and remove.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 14 days, consult your doctor.
Dosage:
- Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over drink 1 cup of tea containing 1-2 filter bags 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.
- Children from 4 to 12 years drink 1 cup of tea containing 1 filter bag 1 to 2 times a day and before going to bed.
Ingredients
- The active ingredients are: Valerian root (Valerianae radix), lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos), lemon balm leaves (Melissae folium), peppermint leaves (Menthae piperitae folium).
- 1 filter bag contains: 0.6 g valerian root, 0.5 g lavender flowers, 0.4 g lemon balm leaves, 0.3 g peppermint leaves.
- The other ingredients are: Bitter fennel (Foeniculi amari fructus), rosemary leaves (Rosmarini folium).
