Sidroga Organic Children’s Goodnight Tea contains carefully selected and blended herbs such as lemon balm, passion flower and lavender. This blend is often used to help children settle down in the evening and drift off to sleep. Sidroga Organic Children’s Goodnight Tea is suitable for children from 4 months of age.

Directions for use
1 tea bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water over the tea bag, leave to infuse for 5 minutes, gently squeeze the bag and remove it. Allow to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C). Please only ever offer freshly brewed tea!
- To protect against tooth decay, do not leave the bottle for prolonged sucking.
- Always hold the tea bottle yourself when feeding.
- Please do not add sugar.
- Regular dental care should begin as soon as the first teeth appear.
- Get your child used to drinking from a cup by the end of their first year.
