The particularly digestible Sidroga® Mistletoe Herbal Tea made from the mistletoe plant is traditionally used to improve general well-being.

Mistletoe is a spherical growing semi-shrub that parasitises on various trees. Host trees are fir, pine and various deciduous trees such as apple trees. Mistletoe is found in areas from Europe to North Africa and Asia and has leathery, yellow-green leaves, inconspicuous flowers and spherical white pseudo-berries. The whole or cut, dried, younger twigs with leaves, flowers and occasional fruits are used to make tea. Sidroga mistletoe tea is a tasty herbal tea with the flavour of mistletoe that is popular to drink. It can contribute to an increase in well-being.

How to use

1 filter bag for 1 cup (150 ml). Pour in boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Squeeze the bag gently and remove.
