- 1 tea bag per cup. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag and remove it.
- Important note: Always pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 5 to 10 minutes! This is the only way to ensure the product is safe for consumption!
