Sialin-Sigma solution, 100 ML

Sialin-Sigma Solution is an artificial saliva substitute which is similar to natural saliva in terms of osmotic pressure, pH, ionic composition and viscosity. Sialin-Sigma Solution provides long-lasting moistening of the oral cavity in cases of dry mouth. The sustained moistening of the mucous membrane is due to the viscosity-increasing substance carmellose sodium.

Sialin-Sigma Solution isused to provide long-lasting moisturisation of the oral and pharyngeal mucous membranes in cases ofdry mouth (caused, for example, by radiotherapy to the head and neck area).

The 15 ml spray bottle can be refilled from the 100 ml supply bottle, which is also included in the pack.

Directions for use

• Moisten the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat with Sialin-Sigma solution several times a day as required, using several sprays. The effect generally lasts for 1 to 3 hours. Avoid contact between the spray nozzle and the oral mucosa wherever possible. The spray nozzle can be cleaned with hot water. The product should be used at a time separate from meals or drinks.
