Selavital tablets are a dietary supplement with a micronutrient combination of selenium, β-carotene and vitamins E, B2 and B3 for comprehensive protection against harmful free radicals and oxidative stress.

• Combination preparation with selenium, vitamin E, β-carotene, vitamin B2 and B3 for comprehensive protection of the cells against oxidative stress.
• Selenium and vitamins E, B2 and B3 as well as β-carotene must be taken with food.

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily during a main meal without chewing. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, which is important together with a healthy lifestyle.

• Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, beta-carotene, cellulose, vitamin E (D-α tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), anti-caking agent: E 470b, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), sodium selenite.
• Nutrients per 1 tablet: Vitamin E 14.7 mg = 20 I.U. (= 123% RDA), ß-carotene 6000 µg (= 125% RDA), vitamin B2 1.6 mg (= 114% RDA), vitamin B3 18 mg (= 113% RDA), selenium 100 µg (= 182% RDA). RDA = recommended daily allowance in the EU.
