Selamin E tablets are a dietary supplement with selenium and vitamin E. The active ingredients selenium and vitamin E in Selamin-E are among the most important antioxidants for protecting cells from oxidative stress.

• Combination preparation with selenium and vitamin E for double protection of the cells against oxidative stress.
• The vital trace element selenium and vitamin E must be supplied with food.
• The natural vitamin E used (RRR-α-tocopherol) is absorbed and stored by the body about twice as well (longer-lasting effect) as synthetic vitamin E.
• Selenium in the form of sodium selenite can be utilised very well by the body.
• Selenium also supports the immune system and contributes to the normal function of the thyroid gland.
• In combination with vitamin E, selenium has a synergistic effect, i.e. the effect of both substances is enhanced - which is particularly beneficial for rheumatic diseases.

• Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, potato starch, anti-caking agent: E 470b, vitamin E (D-α-tocopheryl acetate), sodium selenite.
• Nutrients per 1 tablet: Selenium 100 µg (= 182% of the recommended daily allowance in the EU), natural vitamin E 14.7 mg = 20 I.U. (= 123% RDA).
