How to use

• Rub a small amount of the balm (very economical!) between your fingers and apply to the nipples and surrounding skin - massage in gently or dab on gently if necessary. It is not necessary to remove before breastfeeding. If necessary, only remove any visible excess product. Only use on intact skin
