Zell Calmin is authorised for the following indications:

For mild sleep disturbances and restlessness, such as:

• Difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep
• Stress and restlessness
• Disruptions to the body’s natural rhythm, such as jet lag

Helps with problems falling asleep and staying asleep, even in older people, alleviates the effects of stress and helps to ease the resulting restlessness. This Schuessler salt combination also helps restless and hyperactive children to calm down. The daily rhythm disrupted by jet lag, night work or shift work is restored to its normal pattern.

The areas of application are derived from the applications of biochemistry according to Dr Schüßler.

For difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep

Adults and young people aged 12 and over:

• Take 1 tablet every 5 minutes, starting 3 hours before bedtime

Children aged 7 to 12 years:

• Take 1 tablet every 10 minutes, starting 2 hours before bedtime

Children aged 3 to 7:

• Take 1 tablet every 10 minutes, starting 1 hour before going to bed

As there is insufficient data available, use in children under 3 years of age cannot be recommended.

For restlessness:

• Adults, adolescents and children aged 7 years and over: One tablet every half hour
• Children aged 3 to 7 years: One tablet every hour.

Method of administration

Allow Zell Calmin tablets to dissolve in the mouth.

For children, the tablet can be mixed with a few drops of water to form a paste.

Zell Calmin tablets can be taken immediately before a meal or from 15 minutes after a meal.

Once symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use. If you do not feel any better or actually feel worse after 7 days, consult your doctor.

Effect
